1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the naga5000 platform — whether via a web browser, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other interface provided by us — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published by naga5000 from time to time.

This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first use the platform, whether or not you have registered an account. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To fully register and use naga5000 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Never have been suspended or banned by naga5000 previously for violating our terms.

3Account Usage

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, different identities, or through proxies is strictly prohibited. naga5000 employs an advanced detection system capable of identifying duplicate registration attempts based on device information, IP address, and usage patterns.

You are fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.

Transferring an account to another party, selling an account, or using an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Naga5000 supports over 11 payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are credited to your account instantly with no processing fees on our end.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been fully met.

• The timeframe to fulfil wagering requirements is as stated in the offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

• Users found to be abusing the bonus system will forfeit the relevant bonuses and balances without compensation.

6Game Rules

This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any manipulation.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Suspension & Closure

Naga5000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a violation of any terms in this document.
• Account activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be inaccurate or false.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid balance will be returned to you within a reasonable period after the review is completed. Balances associated with activity that violates the terms will not be refunded.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the naga5000 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

9Liability Limit

Naga5000 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, naga5000's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Naga5000 is not liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from the user's device failure or internet connection issues.
• Financial losses arising from gaming activities undertaken voluntarily.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, infrastructure updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
